Account help

If you are having trouble logging in, verifying your email, completing your profile, or accessing your account, contact support from the email address connected to your Kredly account.

Credits and offerwall rewards

Credits are normally added automatically after an offer, task, or survey provider confirms completion. Some providers may take extra time to verify a reward.

If credits do not appear, email support with the provider name, reward amount, completion time, and any transaction ID or proof shown by the provider.

Premium and payments

If you purchased Premium or credits and something did not apply correctly, include your account email, purchase time, and Stripe receipt information if available.

Safety, reports, and moderation

Use in-app reporting tools when available. For urgent safety concerns, moderation questions, or photo review issues, email support with the account details and screenshots if helpful.
